I’m Charlie C. Newcomb — author, speaker, and leadership coach. My career began in the most unexpected way: behind the counter at McDonald’s. What started as a part-time job turned into a 33-year leadership journey that led me to my current role as VP of Global Accounts at Manitowoc Ice.
